Happy PINK Saturday!

Just wanted to share some pictures of the beautiful weather we are having, just kidding, it's terrible! It has snowed for the last two days and snowing again now. I love to garden and I have a greenhouse full of flowers just waiting to be planted and I can't until it warms up. I have lived in Colorado for 16 years and have never seen it snow this late in the season.

Flirty Apron Swap Polka Dot Pretties

My swap partner Becca, made my apron out of my favorite color combo, pink & brown. I love it. It has cute little pink chenille balls hanging from the bottom. I have all ready gained weight reading Mrs. Fields " I love Chocolate Cookbook" Yummy stuff.  Other goodies included are a flower coin purse, hand lotion and a cute little bear.

I had to include this pic, even though you can not see me very well, just to show the lovely weather we are having today, SNOWING. I am sick of it. This is not normal for the middle of May. I am ready for warm weather so I can plant my garden.

My Finished apron for the Flirty Apron Swap

The theme for this apron swap was Polka dot Pretties.I made it with blue and purple fabrics. My Partners favorite colors. Polka dot fabric for the top and a paisley print for the bottom. I made some fancy matching gloves.

I have been busy busy busy getting ready for an Easter egg hunt and free breakfast  for today that we put on very year at the Evergreen Elks lodge. I will also be in charge of the face painting booth. It is all free for everyone in our community to enjoy.
